In 2021, I co-founded Startup Burgenland — a boutique accelerator built from zero in Austria's most underserved region. The brief: create entrepreneurial infrastructure where none existed. The result: more startups founded in Burgenland in the last three years than in the entire decade before. We became an AplusB Center, the youngest member of Austria's startup support network. And I learned more about what actually works in startup building than in any other four years of my career.
